I spent the last six years as a software analyst for a major health insurance provider in the US. In the years before that that, I fixed networking equipment and backup systems in a dirty warehouse. 

Before that, I was a licensed financial representative in Connecticut. I have designed batch processing systems, one-off utilities, hosted game servers, and everything in between.

My specialty is providing legendary service to the people that need it most: stubborn technophobes. Even in the year of our lord 2018, many private citizens and business owners have a fast and loose relationship with computers. This is predicated on the notion that everything is weird and new and different now. 

I want to show everyone that there are new ways of doing things that are just as dependable and just as simple. A great place to start is with computer literacy and website design. I am here for the moms and dads of planet Earth who are sitting there squinting at the screen and wondering if this is a joke website or not.
